  • Ensure team members are properly trained, positioned, and executing assigned tasks

  • Partner with technical production leads, including the Senior Production Specialist, to support operations
  • Work closely with QA to ensure food safety and quality compliance
  • Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to meet fulfillment timelines

  • Enforce safety standards, GMPs, and company policies
  • Respond to, document, and follow up on incidents and workplace concerns

  • 5+ years of current experience supervising teams in a manufacturing or production environment (food preferred but not required)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Description:
  • Process weekly/biweekly payroll for all employees, including technicians, sales staff, and administrative personnel
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including wages, deductions, bonuses, and commissions
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
  • Calculate and process overtime, PTO, and holiday pay
  • Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
  • Coordinate with HR and accounting departments regarding employee data changes
  • Manage payroll tax filings and ensure timely payment of payroll-related liabilities
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally and confidentially
  • Assist with year-end processes, including W-2 preparation
Qualifications:
  • Experience in payroll processing, automotive dealership experience preferred but not required
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems and software
  • Knowledge of applicable labor laws and payroll regulations
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Education & Experience:
