Job Description

Grow Your Real Estate Career With Nova Estates Nova Estates is looking for driven real estate sales agents who want to build a stronger business across LA County, Ventura County, Orange County, and the Temecula Valley. Led by George Kpachavi, Nova Estates is a fast-growing real estate team with 60-70 agents and multiple office locations throughout Southern California. This opportunity is for agents who want a serious operating platform, not just a place to hang their license.

Training:
New agents receive onboarding and training designed to help them become productive quickly. Training includes lead conversion, role play, Zillow Boot Camp, listing appointment preparation, follow-up structure, and weekly sessions with team leadership. Agents who want to improve their skills, build confidence, and learn how to convert more opportunities will fit well here.
Markets:
Nova Estates serves a wide Southern California footprint, including: San Fernando Whittier Palmdale Sherman Oaks LA County Ventura County Orange County Temecula Valley The team currently has offices in San Fernando, Palmdale, Sherman Oaks, and Whittier, with Lake Elsinore opening soon.
