Compensation:
$150,500 - $313,400 yearly
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties by guiding clients through each step of the transaction process. Analyze market trends and property values to provide clients with informed advice and strategic recommendations. Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, investors, and property owners to foster trust and long-term partnerships. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for clients while maintaining professional integrity. Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of potential deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with team members and mentors to continuously improve skills and strategies in commercial real estate. Utilize industry tools and resources to conduct thorough property research and due diligence for clients' benefit.
Qualifications:
Ability to analyze market trends and property values to provide strategic advice to clients.
