• Full-time, Contract Busy Real Estate office is looking for an Inside and Outside Sales Agent.

An ideal candidate will have open availability, outstanding communication skills and experience in sales. The ideal candidate must be licensed, but we will teach the right candidate with no experience. We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic and friendly person with "I can" attitude. This is a remote job so being a self starter is an absolute "must have". Working for a team from a comfort of your home can be challenging , so we want you to be up for a challenge. If you are bilingual (Spanish or Mandarin), this is a HUGE plus. You have to be comfortable on the phone with booking, confirming and re-scheduling appointments, talking to strangers and making friends. Having cold-calling experience is very helpful. We provide training and looking for the right person to fit rather than hiring out of necessity. We would like you to learn, grow and shine! Our ideal candidate will start as an assistant and quickly become a Real Estate professional willing to work with buyers. Compensation is based on experience and performance.
