Responsibilities Dedicate 15 hours weekly to lead generation activities. Host two open houses each month. Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties. Negotiate offers effectively for both sellers and buyers. Maintain and monitor tasks and activities using Brivity Technology. Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments. Engage in weekly team meetings and activities. Advise sellers, secure listings, and implement marketing strategies for properties. Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services. Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales and service professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
