Job Description

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to learn to specialize in acquisitions, build a consistent pipeline, and earn rewarding commissions while working with homeowners and investors in a structured real estate environment. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys conversations, problem-solving, and identifying opportunities that can lead to successful transactions. You will learn how to identify potential acquisition opportunities, communicate with property owners, and evaluate deals using proven systems and processes. Through hands-on experience, you will gain exposure to different acquisition scenarios while learning how transactions progress from the initial conversation through closing. The focus is on building consistency through daily activity, strong follow-up, and effective communication. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will continue developing your ability to negotiate, uncover opportunities, and manage conversations that create value for both buyers and sellers. This path is ideal for agents who value accountability, clear direction, and long-term growth. Compensation:
$160,000+ at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends Follow the team plan
Qualifications:
