Please note:
This position is entirely commission-based! Responsibilities Engage in training sessions to understand real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Support seasoned agents with property showings, open houses, and client meetings. Complete the PLACE Launch program. Learn to conduct market research and analyze property values accurately. Observe senior agents during negotiations and transactions to gain practical experience. Work with team members to create effective marketing strategies for properties. Master the preparation of contracts, listing agreements, and other essential documents. Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Keep up-to-date with market trends, new developments, and industry innovations. Host two open houses each month. Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments. Join weekly script practice sessions as per team standards. Participate in team activities according to team standards. Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls. Qualifications Driven sales professional with a competitive mindset Proficient in building rapport, identifying client needs, and delivering effective solutions Outstanding communication skills paired with a customer-focused approach Collaborative team member Self-motivated individual who excels in a flexible work environment Effective at managing time and prioritizing responsibilities Holds a valid real estate license Ideally possesses at least one year of sales experience Strong abilities in both written and oral communication Enthusiastic about continuous learning and professional development Flexible and committed to surpassing client expectations Willingness to learn and utilize scripts and dialogue techniques Possesses a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
