MUST HAVE ACTIVE CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE MUST BE TECHNICALLY INCLINED & READY TO LEARN.

We will invest in the right person with professional training, but you must have some minimum qualifications: Full-Time availability (No Part-Time)

YOU MUST BE WILLING TO GO THROUGH OUR TRAINING PROGRAM.

Must pay for access to California realtor association membership / MLS ($1000+) Have a GREAT technical background (Online / Mobile) Must have latest computer access (smartphone for apps & laptop/tablet) Familiarity with your local area's real estate market. Willingness to learn the Ponce Ponce process, use of new tools, systems, technologies and following the company's protocol (CRM, Email Marketing) Possesses networking and strong phone sales skills. Always displays a positive attitude, is an excellent communicator Enjoy negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients. Fast learner with the ability to think quickly on multiple levels. Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service Display excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum High school diploma. A bachelor's degree is a plus Bilingual is a plus.
