Transaction Coordinator Representatives:

Work hard & smart every day. We provide transactions. Work them thoroughly. Follow our proven process and model. Manage transactions by phone, email, text, and CRM. Coordinate Listings (MLS, Lockbox, Sign Install) Manage communication and documentation by using our CRM & Technology platforms for customers. Ensure customers receive and complete documents in a timely manner. Act as an intermediary between the customers and the agents. Provide world-class customer service to customers. Consistently follow up with customers, escrows, TC's, coop agents, accounting, etc... Provide clients and agents with your very best service and your very best advice. Free up time so the listing agent can focus on acquiring a home to sell.

QUALIFICATIONS

We will invest in the right person with professional training, but you must have some minimum qualifications: Part-Time Minimum 1 Year of Experience. Have a good technical background or willingness to learn (Online / Mobile) Familiarity with your local area's real estate market. (We can train) Willingness to learn the Ponce & Ponce Realty process, use new tools, systems, and technologies, and follow the company's protocol (CRM) Pay attention to details and be task-oriented. Always displays a positive attitude, is an excellent communicator Enjoy, cultivating a rapport with clients and agents. Fast learner with the ability to think quickly on multiple levels. Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service Display excellent verbal and written communication skills Being bilingual is a plus.
