Responsibilities:

Learn and apply lead generation and prospecting systems Convert pre-qualified leads into clients through follow-up and relationship building Assist buyers throughout the home search and purchase process Stay in touch with current clients to support repeat business Shadow experienced agents on showings, open houses, and client appointments Contribute to team goals while building your own book of business
