$150,000-$500,000+ projected annual earnings, commission-based Regency Construction is expanding and hiring elite construction and home improvement sales professionals across California. We are looking for proven in-home sales closers who can sell high-ticket residential construction and remodeling projects to homeowners. This position is for experienced salespeople only — people who know how to control a sales appointment, build urgency, present value, explain financing, and close deals. If you have experience selling home improvement, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, windows, solar, foundation, exterior work, kitchen/bath, ADUs, or other high-ticket home services, we want to speak with you.
