About the Role As a Residential Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, helping them navigate the rental process to find their perfect home. You will leverage your sales expertise and interpersonal skills to drive occupancy goals while ensuring every visitor receives a high-touch, professional experience. Responsibilities Guide prospective renters through personalized property tours, highlighting key amenities and community features to drive lease conversions. Manage the full lifecycle of the leasing process, from initial inquiry and application processing to final move-in coordination. Execute creative outreach marketing initiatives to maintain high visibility and attract qualified leads to the community. Maintain meticulous records of guest cards, follow-ups, and lease documentation within our property management software. Cultivate strong resident relations by addressing inquiries and facilitating a welcoming community environment. Analyze local market conditions and competitor pricing to provide insights that support optimal occupancy rates. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated success in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital property management platforms. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and local landlord-tenant laws. Prior experience in multi-family residential leasing or property operations.
