What You'll Do:

Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents Support leasing efforts, including tours, application processing, and renewals Assist with income verifications, recertifications, and maintaining accurate compliance files Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner Assist with rent collection, posting payments, and maintaining accurate records Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and contractors as needed Help maintain organized records, internal tracking, and documentation Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, Fair Housing laws, and all property policies Support resident events and community engagement efforts

What You Bring:

Affordable Housing experience required (LIHTC & HUD) Previous experience in property management, leasing, or customer service preferred Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, etc.) is a plus Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the onsite team These are TEMPORARY and
