Job requirements

• Tour apartment units with potential residents.
• Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations
• Understand and qualify all prospective residents and maintains all resident leasing files
• Distribute communications from the leasing office to residents or organize resident activities
• Perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties
• Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office
• Establish and maintain existing relationships with leasing and internal customers All candidates must have a minimum of 6 months experience in apartment leasing or a minimum of one year in customer service and sales.
