Full Job Description Summary:

The Mortgage Post Closer is responsible for reviewing closed loan files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to final delivery, funding confirmation, and investor shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Review closed loan packages for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Ensure all required documents are signed, dated, and properly executed Clear post-closing conditions and resolve document deficiencies Coordinate corrections with closing agents, title companies, and internal teams Prepare loan files for investor delivery and recordation Track and follow up on trailing documents (final title, recorded docs, etc.) Maintain accurate records and meet post-closing timelines

Qualifications:

1+ years of mortgage post-closing or related experience preferred Knowledge of mortgage documents and closing processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines Familiarity with investor and compliance requirements a plus
