Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a robust personal database and network Master CRM tools to organize and track client relationships Actively network within military and general communities Connect with agents and contacts in common relocation cities, feeding into your market Assist clients in buying and selling homes with exceptional service Ensure a smooth, stress-free relocation process for military clients Consistently follow up with leads to maintain engagement Generate new business through targeted outreach and prospecting Conduct client appointments and property showings Negotiate and close successful sales transactions Recruit, train, and develop a team focused on military relocation services
