Job Description

Who you work with matters. We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a listing focused business through outbound lead generation, seller conversations, relationship building, and consistent follow up while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, developing long term client relationships, and becoming a trusted resource for homeowners considering a move. You will learn how to generate listing opportunities through prospecting, referrals, database outreach, community engagement, and ongoing communication with homeowners. As your skills develop, you will strengthen listing presentations, improve pricing discussions, and gain confidence guiding sellers through important decisions. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will gain hands on exposure to negotiations, marketing strategies, transaction management, and the activities that move listings from the initial conversation through closing. Compensation:
$140,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Negotiate contracts with buyer's agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
Qualifications:
