We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to launch a successful real estate career by starting as a Showing Agent alongside productive real estate professionals while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience, enjoys working with people, and is motivated to learn through real-world activity and client interactions. You will gain experience conducting property tours, assisting with open houses, and supporting buyers throughout their home search journey. Through consistent exposure to active clients, you will learn how to communicate effectively, understand buyer needs, schedule appointments, and create a positive experience during every interaction. Working alongside experienced Buyer Agents, you will learn proven systems for follow-up, organization, client communication, and relationship building. The focus is on developing strong habits, building confidence in buyer conversations, and learning the skills that help create long-term success in real estate. This environment is designed to support growth through mentorship, coaching, and daily activity. Compensation:
$140,000+ at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
Find homes that meet buyer clients' criteria and budget to generate sales faster Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency's standards of client service Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients' questions
Qualifications:
