Compensation:
$155,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Follow-up with leads to increase sales Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Work with buyers and sellers in the luxury real estate market Follow up with team provided client opportunities Learn luxury specific pricing, marketing, and negotiation strategies Learn how to grow in luxury niche Build and manage your own pipeline through taught lead generation methods Maintain consistent communication from first contact through closing
Qualifications:
Past sales experience is preferred Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Organized and manages time effectively Real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions Good communication About Company Who you work with matters.
