Job Description

Who you work with matters. We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn to identify off-market opportunities, generate new business through outbound prospecting, and connect valuable opportunities with investors while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for agents who enjoy conversations, building relationships, and creating opportunities through consistent outreach and activity. You will learn how to proactively reach out to property owners, prospect for opportunities, and uncover properties before they reach the open market. Through consistent outbound lead generation, follow-up, and relationship building, you will develop the skills needed to identify homeowners who may be considering a sale and create opportunities that others often miss. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals and investor-focused teams, you will learn how acquisition opportunities are sourced, evaluated, and moved through the transaction process. You will gain experience in having investment-focused conversations, analyzing potential opportunities, and matching properties with investors actively seeking their next project. This environment is a strong fit for someone who enjoys lead generation, prospecting, and building a pipeline through consistent effort. Compensation:
$160,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward Build relationships with homeowners through consistent prospecting Identify properties with deferred maintenance or potential investment opportunities Connect property opportunities with acquisition teams and investor buyers Maintain follow-up and communication with homeowners and investor contacts
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality A real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions Ability to be a self-starter and work independently Understanding of ROI and profit loss statements Coachable and trainable Interest in learning how to prospect and source real estate opportunities Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized with the ability to track conversations and follow up consistently Motivated to grow a network of investors and acquisition partners About Company Who you work with matters.
