Real Estate Investment Sales Specialist Y Realty Thousand Oaks, CA Job Details $160,000 a year 23 hours ago Qualifications Customer relationship building Phone communication Client relationship development ROI Real Estate License Full Job Description Real Estate Acquisition Sales Agent We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn to find opportunities before they reach the market and connect those properties with investors and acquisition teams while earning rewarding commissions. You will learn to prospect for properties, learn to identify homes with deferred maintenance, and learn to build relationships with homeowners who may be considering selling. The focus is on consistent outreach, strong conversations, and learning to recognize opportunities that others may overlook. You will learn to connect opportunities with investor buyers, learn to collaborate with acquisition teams, and learn to build a network of investors actively looking for properties. This allows you to stay involved in both sides of the process while building momentum through real opportunities and consistent activity. This is a strong fit for someone who wants to develop prospecting skills, build relationships, and learn to source properties that create value for homeowners and investors while growing a long term real estate business. Compensation:
$160,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed Follow up on all leads and requests for information Build relationships with homeowners through consistent prospecting Identify properties with deferred maintenance or potential investment opportunities Connect property opportunities with acquisition teams and investor buyers Maintain follow-up and communication with homeowners and investor contacts
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented Real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions Ability to be a self starter and work independently Understanding of ROI and profit loss statements Coachable and trainable Interest in learning how to prospect and source real estate opportunities Strong communication and relationship building skills Organized with the ability to track conversations and follow up consistently Motivated to grow a network of investors and acquisition partners About Company Who you work with matters.
