We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a career within luxury real estate by staying active in the field, working directly with buyers, and earning rewarding commissions while learning alongside experienced luxury agents. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, touring exceptional properties, and developing confidence through consistent real world experience. You will spend time conducting luxury property showings, supporting buyer consultations, hosting open houses, and helping clients explore high end communities and homes. Through ongoing buyer interaction, you will strengthen communication skills, improve client service, and gain valuable exposure to the expectations, professionalism, and attention to detail that define the luxury real estate experience. As your experience grows, you will gain exposure to lead generation, follow up, negotiations, contracts, and the activities that move transactions from the first showing through closing. Working alongside experienced luxury agents provides an opportunity to learn proven systems, observe successful habits, and better understand how long term relationships are built within the luxury market. Compensation:
$160,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency's standards of client service Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients' questions Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
Qualifications:
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Driven, motivated and desires professional growth Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Can spend a large amount of time driving Real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions Good communication About Company Who you work with matters.
