is a hands-on real estate investment firm focused on multifamily properties (Apartments as Investments). We work closely with each agent on our team, and we're looking for someone — experienced with real estate — who wants to learn the investment side of the business, not just sell listings. This is a commission-only role, with no cap on earnings.
Who We're Looking For:
Licensed agent who is in good standing, or willing to get licensed. Comfortable making calls and building relationships with property owners and investors. Self-motivated individuals who can work on commission basis only.
What You'll Do:
Prospect and connect with apartment owners and investors. Learn to evaluate and market multifamily investment properties. Support clients through the buying and selling process, start to finish. Handle contracts, escrow paperwork, and closing documents with guidance. Build relationships with lenders, attorneys, and other people in the industry. Grow your knowledge of local multifamily markets and investment fundamentals.
