We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to learn to build a business centered around listings while earning rewarding commissions within a luxury real estate environment. You will gain experience working with homeowners, supporting active listings, and learning how to guide sellers through important decisions. Compensation:
$165,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
Qualifications:
Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Possesses a real estate license Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Real estate license required About Company The Anderson Real Estate Group is a performance-driven real estate team serving Long Beach and surrounding communities, built for agents who want consistent opportunity paired with strong support.
