Buyer's Agents work directly with buyers who have been generated, qualified, and assigned by Reframe leadership. Your job is to convert the appointment, run the search, write the offers, manage the transaction relationship, nurture every lead over the long haul, and deliver the Reframe client experience from first showing through closing and beyond. This is not a cold prospecting role — you will not be cold calling strangers, door knocking, or running paid lead campaigns. But it is a role that requires hustle. Reframe assigns you the leads; you are expected to work them consistently, follow up over months and years, and convert them into closings. During slow periods, you are expected to be on the phone with our warm leads list. Deals that come in from your personal sphere — friends, family, past relationships — are welcomed and rewarded under the personal transaction structure below. We are looking to hire buyer's agents who can cover specific territories: Inland Empire - San Bernardino and Riverside County. Orange County - from South Orange County to North Orange County 90-
Day Evaluation Period:
Structured onboarding with weekly check-ins and clear performance milestones. Responsibilities Buyer Service (Primary) Service buyer leads assigned by Reframe leadership and convert to signed BRBC Run buyer consultations using the Reframe Walkthrough Methodology Schedule and conduct showings Write offers, negotiate terms, manage counteroffers Quarterback the buyer through escrow alongside the TC and Ops team Deliver closing gift and run the post-close handoff to the 12-month touch system Lead Nurture & Follow-Up Work every assigned lead on a long-term nurture cadence — many Reframe buyers take 6-24 months to transact Make warm-lead outreach calls during any period of light client load Maintain detailed FUB notes on every conversation so context survives between touches Re-engage stalled leads quarterly at minimum Treat the warm leads list as a personal pipeline — these are real people who will close eventually, with the right agent staying in front of them Client Experience Maintain Reframe's premium service standards in every client interaction Educate buyers on the market, the process, and the contract — Reframe clients hire us because we teach them Stay in regular contact with active buyers (weekly minimum during active search) Team Contribution Attend listing presentations and seller appointments when needed as second agent Cover open houses for team listings Shadow Kina on listings during ramp period to build seller-side fluency Contribute to team Slack and morning standups Personal Production (Encouraged) Deals generated from your personal sphere — friends, family, past relationships — are welcomed and compensated under the personal transaction structure Generating personal business on top of assigned production is a path to higher earnings and is recognized as a positive Qualifications Active California real estate license, in good standing Strong client-facing communication — written, verbal, in-person Discipline to follow up consistently over long timelines (2-24 months is normal for buyer conversions) Comfort with real estate technology (FUB, MLS, RealScout, DocuSign) Calendar discipline and ability to manage 10-20 active clients simultaneously Familiarity with Orange County or the Inland Empire and surrounding Southern California markets Compensation $3,000 per month + $3,000 per closed transaction.
