This role offers hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of transactions in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Support commercial real estate and business acquisitions from initial due diligence through post-closing Coordinate with title companies, escrow, lenders, and internal teams throughout transactions Manage due diligence efforts, including title, survey, environmental, and financial review Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, and transaction documents Maintain and organize transaction files and corporate records Manage communications with external partners, including vendors, government agencies, and counterparties Coordinate cross-functionally with legal, accounting, and operations teams Prepare materials and support recurring property management and acquisition meetings Requirements What We're Looking For 4-7 years of experience in commercial real estate, acquisitions, or a related field Bachelor's degree required Experience with commercial property transactions, title, and escrow processes Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Background Experience with commercial real estate acquisitions or M&A Familiarity with tools such as Visual Lease, FinQuery, and Microsoft Office Paralegal certification or legal training (JD or equivalent experience welcomed) The pay rate for this position is between $70,304 - $85,000, DOE Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 401K Plan Paid Time Off
