Job Description
Join a fast-growing organization at the intersection of energy and food service, with a strong focus on commercial real estate and business acquisitions. This role offers hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of transactions and provides the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll be at the center of our deal activity, helping move acquisitions from idea to closing—and beyond. Partner on commercial real estate and business acquisitions from initial diligence through closing and integration Coordinate closely with title companies, escrow, lenders, and internal stakeholders to keep deals moving Lead and track due diligence efforts (title, survey, environmental, financials) Support legal counsel with contracts, agreements, and transaction documentation Own the organization of transaction files, records, and deal pipelines Serve as a key point of contact for external partners, vendors, and agencies Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, accounting, and operations teams Help prepare materials for executive meetings, acquisition strategy sessions, and property reviews Requirements What you bring You're someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys juggling multiple priorities while staying incredibly detail-oriented. 4-7 years of experience in commercial real estate, acquisitions, or related work Strong understanding of property transactions, title, and escrow processes Be able to read, understand and raise objections to preliminary Title reports Read and understand Surveys Excellent organizational skills—you know how to keep complex deals on track Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing detail Confident communicator who can work across teams and with external partners Bonus Points If You Have Understanding of the permitting process is a major plus Experience with commercial acquisitions or M&A environments Familiarity with tools like Visual Lease, FinQuery, or advanced Excel Paralegal certification, JD, or experience supporting legal transactions Why This Role Stands Out Real deal exposure: Work across the full lifecycle—not just one piece High growth environment: Be part of a company actively expanding through acquisitions Cross-functional visibility: Collaborate directly with leadership and key decision-makers Career acceleration: Build skills in both real estate AND corporate transactions Compensation The pay range for this position is targeted at $85,000+, depending on experience Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 401K Plan Paid Time Off
