Industry well-known Real Estate Brokerage in Southern California is seeking a seasoned and energetic candidate to join and expand the company by taking on the role of New Construction Sales Associate !Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven agent to work with new construction homes in the San Gabriel Valley (Walnut and surrounding areas). You will help buyers find and purchase new homes, guide them through the process, and build strong client relationships. This opportunity includes training, support, and access to lead opportunities, along with the ability to generate and convert your own business.What You'll Do:
Work with buyers interested in new construction homes Show properties and explain features, upgrades, and options Guide clients from first showing to closing Follow up with company-provided leads and convert opportunities Generate your own leads through networking, marketing, and outreach Build and manage your pipeline using CRM tools Negotiate offers, pricing, and terms Stay updated on new communities and market trends Coordinate with builders, lenders, and escrow to close transactionsWhat We're Looking For:
Active CA Real Estate License Self-motivated and goal-oriented Strong communication and people skills Professional, reliable, and driven Comfortable working in a performance-based environment Bilingual is a plusSchedule:
Flexible schedule Availability for weekdays and/or weekends based on client needsExperience:
Real estate, sales, or customer service experience preferred New construction experience is a plus (not required) Training and mentorship providedCompensation & Support:
