In person About the Role We're looking for a goal-oriented Leasing Agent who can deliver a strong customer experience while driving leasing performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people but also understands how to convert traffic into leases and contribute to occupancy goals. What You'll Do Tour prospects and present apartment homes, amenities, and The Bridge District lifestyle Convert leads into leases and consistently meet leasing and occupancy goals Manage follow-ups, lead nurturing, and CRM activity to drive conversions Process applications, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins Maintain accurate records, reports, and resident files Support marketing efforts including outreach, events, and online listings Build relationships with residents to support renewals and retention Maintain a professional, organized leasing office and model homes What We're Looking For Proven closing ratios and ability to convert traffic into leases Lease-up experience preferred (not required) 1-2+ years of customer service, sales, or leasing experience Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional approach Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with CRM systems and property management software ( Yardi preferred ) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Weekend availability required Why You'll Love Working Here Work in a high-visibility, waterfront community with strong built-in traffic drivers Class A apartment communities with a unique lifestyle offering Housing discount available Supportive team environment with clear expectations and growth opportunities Opportunity to directly impact leasing performance and community success
