Assistant Team Leader | Keller Williams Westlake Village Are you a licensed real estate professional with a passion for leadership and growth? We're looking for a driven, people-first Assistant Team Leader to join our fast-growing brokerage in Westlake Village. About the
Role:
This is a commission-based leadership opportunity with earning potential exceeding $100,000 annually. Your income grows as the team grows, making this one of the most rewarding positions in the market for the right person.
What You'll Do:
Recruit and onboard talented real estate agents Support team culture, development, and retention Partner with leadership to drive brokerage growth Represent Keller Williams with professionalism and integrity Coach/Mentor agents
What We're Looking For:
Active California real estate license (required) Experience in real estate sales or leadership A natural connector, someone who loves people and building relationships Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
