We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to grow within the luxury real estate market, build meaningful client relationships, and develop a long-term business while earning rewarding commissions. Compensation:
$165,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Qualifications:
