We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to build a successful listing-focused business, strengthen seller relationships, and grow alongside experienced agents while earning rewarding commissions. Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
