Join our dynamic real estate team as a Showing Assistant, where your enthusiasm and professionalism will help clients find their dream homes! In this paid role, you will support licensed agents by conducting property showings, engaging with prospective buyers, and providing exceptional customer service. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will be key as you assist in showcasing properties and ensuring a smooth viewing experience for clients. Duties Conduct property showings for prospective buyers, highlighting key features and answering questions to generate interest. Coordinate with agents to schedule showings and ensure properties are prepared for viewings. Engage with clients professionally, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs with enthusiasm. Assist in marketing efforts by gathering feedback from showings and sharing insights with the team. Maintain organized records of showings, client interactions, and property details in accordance with real estate regulations. Support administrative tasks such as preparing property materials, updating listings, and managing appointment schedules. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements during all interactions. Experience Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential. Strong communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients effectively. Knowledge of negotiation techniques and marketing strategies will enhance your ability to assist clients confidently. Familiarity with property management or real estate law is advantageous but can be learned on the job through training opportunities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are vital for managing appointments and maintaining accurate records. Experience working within fair housing regulations ensures respectful and compliant client interactions.
