Assists applicant with the application processCreates and updates waitlistCompletes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property ManagerEnsuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residentsQualificationsKnowledge of Property Management software: Yardi•PreferredMinimum 1 year of sales experience•PreferredExcellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situationsAttention to detailUnderstands and complies with state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws and Cal-OSHAKnowledge of Excel, Word Document, and OutlookWorks well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitudeStrong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levelsAdditional InformationGold Mountain Village (168 count)

Pay:
$22Monday•Friday (9am•6pm) The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
