Responsibilities Implement team systems, processes, and follow-up strategies consistently Generate and nurture business through lead generation, prospecting, open houses, referrals, and database management Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and guide clients confidently through the home search process Consult with sellers on pricing, preparation, marketing strategy, and negotiations Negotiate contracts professionally and advocate for clients throughout the transaction Convert appointments and conversations into signed clients and closed business Participate in weekly trainings, coaching sessions, script practice, and team meetings Stay informed on the Colorado Springs market, inventory trends, and local development Qualifications Active real estate license required Previous real estate sales experience required Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and guide conversations naturally Consistent track record of lead generation, follow-up, and client conversion Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to grow your business and production Organized and able to manage multiple clients, conversations, and deadlines at once Coachable and growth-minded with a willingness to learn and improve Team-oriented and collaborative while still able to work independently Strong time management skills and the ability to stay focused without constant supervision About-our-team The Berisford Group is a Colorado Springs real estate team focused on helping buyers and sellers make confident, informed decisions with straightforward guidance and strong communication throughout the process.
