We are looking to continue growing our team! Our Agents have access to well-rounded training at any stage of their career, managing broker support 7 days per week, in-house marketing department to save them time, tech coach, vacation coverage options, ability to participate in corporate relo program if they qualify, access to e-leads, mentorship for newer agents, showing coverage program, favorable comp plans tailored to the person, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting new clients, understanding client criteria, and finding suitable living spaces for prospective buyers. You will negotiate rent and navigate buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success. The average Colorado real estate GCI was $86K in 2019. Our average agent made $106K!
