The ideal candidate has a strong background in apartment leasing, exceptional customer service skills, and the flexibility to travel between properties as business needs require. This role is critical in maintaining high occupancy levels, delivering excellent resident experiences, and supporting on-site teams during staffing transitions, peak leasing seasons, and special projects. Key Responsibilities Conduct apartment tours and effectively showcase community features and amenities. Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Manage the leasing process from initial contact through application approval and move-in. Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in property management software. Assist with marketing initiatives, resident retention programs, and community events. Support multiple properties by filling temporary staffing gaps and assisting with lease-up efforts. Ensure model units, leasing offices, and common areas are presentation-ready. Follow Fair Housing laws and company policies at all times. Collaborate with Property Managers and Service teams to enhance resident satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of apartment leasing experience . Previous experience as a roving, floating, or multi-site leasing consultant preferred. Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations. Experience with Entrata property management software. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. CALP Certification helpful Must have a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to travel regularly between assigned properties. Preferred Skills Lease-up experience. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Strong occupancy and resident retention track record. Ability to quickly adapt to different communities and teams.
