We are always looking to add like-minded individuals to our teams. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Bilingual Leasing Agent to effectively showcase and lease properties to potential lessees. The primary objective is to identify promising clients, convert them into actual lessees, and achieve optimal occupancy rates. Our commitment involves actively fostering an environment built on trust and self-reliance, encouraging autonomy and providing robust support systems. While we appreciate experienced professionals in the industry, our main emphasis is on discovering individuals who are passionate and compassionate to join our team. Job Responsibilities Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants. Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market. Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials. Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers. Confirm rental application data and personal references. Stay knowledgeable of the property market status. Provide information on all aspects of properties. Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals. Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically. Basic Requirements and Work Experience Must have valid drivers license. High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associates degree or above is preferred. Proven working experience as leasing agent. Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices. Proven track record of successful sales. Up to date with property market status. Familiarity with MS Office and Yardi software. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Persuasive with marketing and sales skills. A willingness to come in every day and help us improve upon what we did yesterday. Customer service orientation. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to lift 25 pounds occasionally. Will require driving between company locations.
