  • Bring Your Customer Service & Sales Skills Present and lease our beautiful community to prospective residents and secure renewals with professionalism and amazing presentation.
Provide exceptional customer experience by creating a welcoming environment for both residents and prospects. Creatively promote the community through comp research and marketing Your excellent communication will help you address inquiries from current and future residents while managing daily leads. Personalize your approach to tours for prospective residents as you gather intel on their needs and desires for their apartment home. Ensure compliance with critical records by conducting thorough move-in appointments and being detail oriented in completing all administrative tasks. Continually demonstrate the Shea core values and customer care service standards. Follow safety and compliance rules and procedures.

Successful Leasing Specialist Qualifications:
Demonstrated proficiency in time management and organization. Strong verbal and written communication skills Six months' sales and/or customer service experience in at least one of the following industries: property management, hospitality, retail, real estate. Apartment leasing experience preferred. Basic math and computer skills and including Microsoft Office Suite Be available and willing to work weekends. Able to travel, as required. High School diploma or equivalent required While performing the duties of the Leasing Specialist be prepared to: Stand, walk, sit, reach, kneel, crouch or stoop for long periods of time.
