Job Description

Summit Communities, LLC is looking for a dynamic Full Time Leasing Consultan t at Knight Apartments in Greeley, CO. Our Leasing Consultants drive their own success by providing excellent customer service and creating genuine connections with our residents. Very Aggressive Commissions of $100.00 for new leases and renewals! This is a Full-Time position with great benefits and growth opportunities! Job Duties:
Greets and qualifies new prospects Conducts amenities and apartment tours Assists prospects through their application process Process leases and move-in packets Assists with marketing and resident events Other duties required by the Property Manager Skills & Qualifications needed: Excellent customer service skills Computer data entry skills, Microsoft, and Outlook Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required Available to work on Saturdays Able to pass a background screen Reliable transportation We offer competitive pay, aggressive commissions, and several medical, dental, vision, and 401K plan options!
