This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a solid background in closing real estate transactions and a strong understanding of Arkansas escrow practices. Qualifications for

Escrow Closer:

Escrow Closer must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or Closer In-depth knowledge of title, escrow, and real estate closing procedures Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in title software (SoftPro, RamQuest, Qualia, etc.) preferred An active Arkansas title license or the ability to obtain one

Escrow Closer:

Escrow Closer should manage residential and/or commercial real estate closings from start to finish Prepare closing disclosures, settlement statements, and all required documentation Coordinate with buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders, and attorneys to ensure smooth closings Review title commitments, clear title issues, and ensure all underwriting requirements are met Disburse funds and ensure proper recording of documents post-closing Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Provide top-tier customer service throughout the transaction process
