• Lakewood, CO Career Strategies is now hiring experienced Leasing Consultants for apartment communities to join our team in the Lakewood, CO area and the surrounding cities for temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities, offering a flexible schedule and weekly pay.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist prospects and residents in person, by phone, and email Conduct apartment and community tours Convert leads into leases through follow-up and relationship building Process applications, deposits, and leasing paperwork Maintain accurate guest cards, traffic logs, and leasing reports Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident requests Support community events and resident engagement

What We're Looking For:

Previous apartment leasing experience required Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Comfortable working independently and with on-site teams Experience with property management software preferred Why Career Strategies?
