Base of $22 to $24 per hour plus mos & qtr bonuses to equal $48,000•52.000 annually; in addition, you'll receive Leasing Commissions ranging between $3,000•7,000 annually

Compensation :

$22 to $24 per hour, based on experience; monthly and quarterly bonuses to equal $48,000•52.000 annually Generous Leasing commissions paid per lease signed on an increasing basis (once they move in), ranging between $3,000 and $7,000 annually Hiring bonus•$1,000: ($300 upon hire, $700 after 6 months) What You'll Be Doing Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents Conduct apartment tours and assist with applications, lease documentation, and move-ins Maintain accuracy and organization in leasing software (Yardi & Rent Café required) Support curb appeal and property presentation standards Use video tours and self-showing tools as needed Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, and team members Contribute to a supportive, respectful workplace that aligns with our cultural values You Bring 1+ years of leasing experience in the multifamily industry (required) Bilingual in English and Spanish required Customer service skills with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail Experience with Google Workspace and property management software (Yardi & Rent Café preferred) A proactive mindset, ability to prioritize, and desire to grow in your career Reliable attendance and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment We are a drug-free workplace.
