Payrate:
$20.41-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for current and prospective residents. Manage and track leasing applications, gather required documents, and ensure compliance with housing regulations. Schedule and conduct property tours, answer questions, and follow up with applicants. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including walkthroughs and communication with maintenance. Assist with recertifications and maintain accurate, organized resident files. Support the property management team with daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of leasing or property management experience. Experience with subsidized housing programs LIHTC or public housing. Valid Colorado Drivers License Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay Details:
