Full Time Leasing Consultant

Job Description

DAILY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with public daily through face-to-face meetings, phone conversations and email exchanges
• Work directly with management to find ways to enhance community appeal
• Create trusting relationships with residents through effective communication
• Receive work order requests from residents, communicate with maintenance supervisor about resident special requests
• Walk community, models, vacant units and clubhouse to ensure readiness
• Schedule community tours, conduct tours, sell features of units and community to prospective residents
• Explain all lease paperwork to residents
• Perform background check, credit check and all other necessary pre-lease qualifiers
• Follow up with applicants with status of application; approval or denial
• Follow up with guests who did not apply
• Guest card data entry, answer phones, all general office clerical work
• Provide top notch customer service with a smile to everyone at all times

Education :

High School Diploma is required Preferred experience:

• Experience with OneSite, General computer skills.

MUST HAVES

• A can do attitude
• Ability to solve problems in a calm and cool manner
• The confidence to show value, and explain the benefits of choosing your community over the rest
• Must be reliable
• Must be self-motivated and able to work productively and efficiently.
• Valid driver's license Hours are Tuesday
• Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm Salary range: $22.

75 an hour. In addition to regular salary, a Leasing agent will earn bonus based on new leases and renewals. Housing discounts are available!! Please respond with your resume Position to begin ASAP!
