  • prospective tenants fall in love with their future home. At Fox, first impressions matter. As a Showing Agent, you'll be the welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable guide that prospective tenants meet when touring our homes. Your goal? Make every showing smooth, efficient, and memorable

You'll host property tours, manage on-site leasing materials (keys, signs, lockboxes), and act as the go-to contact for prospects throughout the showing process. Your energy, organization, and commitment will directly help us get homes rented and create a lasting positive experience for residents. In this role, you'll: Coordinate and conduct property showings with professionalism and a welcoming attitude. Manage on-site leasing materials, ensuring keys, lockboxes, and signage are organized and accessible. Be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, answering questions and providing guidance. Play a key role in converting interest into signed leases

Your Mission Deliver an exceptional first impression, make prospects feel truly cared for, and help Fox maintain its reputation as the go-to property management company in Colorado. Key Responsibilities Conduct Property Showings Lead property tours for prospective tenants. Communicate professionally before, during, and after the showing. Follow up with prospective tenants by communicating new price drops, incentives, or sending applications. Deliver a warm, informative, and brand-aligned experience. Inquiry Management Respond promptly to incoming showing inquiries via phone, email, or text. Provide accurate property and scheduling information. Direct complex leasing questions to the Leasing Agent. Key, Lockbox & Sign Management Place/remove lockboxes and signs at all live properties in a timely manner. Track and update key inventory and lockbox access logs weekly. Ensure vacant homes are accessible and show-ready.   • treats scheduling as sacred Strong sense of presentation and field condition awareness Basic understanding of leasing policies and fair housing Comfortable with systems and mobile apps Work Location & Travel Requirements This position requires reliable transportation and the use of a personal vehicle for daily work-related travel between properties.
A valid driver's license is required and must be maintained at all times. Current and active auto insurance that meets state requirements is required and must remain in good standing. Travel between properties is a regular and essential part of this role. Mileage reimbursement may be provided in accordance with company policy
