Compensation:

$125,500 - $198,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

Assist in generating leads and building a robust client base through proactive outreach and networking. Work closely with experienced agents to learn the intricacies of real estate transactions from start to finish. Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your real estate knowledge and skills. Manage and update client information in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up. Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other client-facing activities to facilitate successful transactions. Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that effectively promote listings and services in the Pueblo area.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients. Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced real estate environment. Familiarity with CRM systems or the ability to quickly learn new software tools. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
