Job Description

About the Role Amity Companies is seeking a Senior Analyst or Associate to join our team focused on investing in affordable housing properties and platforms. You would be joining a vibrant, entrepreneurial team with ample room for career advancement, supported by the firm's discretionary funds, financial stability, and fast growth. Responsibilities
  • Analyze investment opportunities sourced through brokers, investment bankers, and off-market channels.
  • Assist with due diligence on property acquisitions to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Interface with property managers, contractors, and third-party service providers to implement asset business plans.
  • Support special projects including corporate private equity and structured financing.
  • Other duties as required.
