Job Description

Fire Cash Buyer specializes in acquiring and selling fire-damaged and distressed residential properties . We work with real estate investors who take on complex renovation projects and turn damaged homes back into livable housing. We are hiring an Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Specialist to help market and sell our inventory to qualified investors. This is a sales-driven, in-office role with a guaranteed base salary, quartely performance-based bonuses, and clear growth opportunity. What You'll Do Build and manage relationships with real estate investors (flippers, landlords, buyers) Make outbound calls and follow up with buyers daily Market off-market fire-damaged properties to qualified investors Present deal details, pricing, and property condition clearly and professionally Coordinate property access, walkthroughs, and inspections Negotiate pricing and terms to secure strong offers Manage multiple deals simultaneously from contract to close Work closely with the acquisitions specialist to align pricing and buyer demand Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, lenders, and internal teams Track activity and deals in CRM systems Provide real-time insights to the team on pricing, demand, and buyer sentiment Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $65,000 per year Performance-based bonuses with uncapped upside First-year on-target earnings for top performers range from $100,000
  • 120,000 (base + bonus) Medical benefits 401(k) retirement plan What We're Looking For Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with buyers Competitive, motivated, and coachable mindset Ability to manage multiple conversations and transactions at once Comfortable in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment Interest in real estate, sales, or deal-making Backgrounds in sales, SDR, insurance, hospitality, retail, call-center, or selling environments Real estate experience is helpful but not required.
Licensing is not required for this role.
