Job Description

Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney needed for busy Westport boutique trusts and estates law firm.
The position includes the following:
  • Drafting correspondence and various probate documents
  • Assisting with estate planning projects
  • Preparing probate accountings for trusts and estates
  • Preparing gift and estate tax returns
  • Legal research and writing The position covers all areas of estate planning and trust and estate administration, with a particular focus on fiduciary accounting and estate tax return preparation.
Ideal candidate must have a strong academic background, be detail-oriented and able to work independently to meet deadlines. Candidate must be admitted to practice in Connecticut. Admission in New York is a plus, along with a background in accounting or finance. Please send resume and cover letter demonstrating interest in trusts and estates law.
